Pepper Spray Laws
This is the most informed list of pepper sprays that we have, they may not be up to date, so it's your duty to to make sure you are able to purchase and possess Pepper Spray in your state/county/town.
States Where Pepper Sprays are Restricted:
Normally pepper spray can be carried/used without a permit. Although, these states have restrictions and therefore we do NOT ship to these states. Your order will NOT be processed.
* New York: New York residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state.
* Massachusetts: Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state, and must hold a valid Firearms Identification Card (FIC).
States Where Pepper Sprays Have Some Restrictions:
* New Jersey: Pepper Spray can only be 3/4 ounce or less.
* Michigan: OC Pepper spray can be no stronger then a 2% concentrate (Different companies can sell different concentrations.)
* Wisconsin:In short, we don't sell any Pepper Spray that may be shipped to Wisconsin.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO or FPO addresses.
Regular Pepper Sprays can not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Massachusetts, Wisconsin or Canada.
Rest of the States Not Listed Above
The rest of the continental US are authorized to purchase pepper spray products.

* Never use Pepper Spray unless you feel you are threatened or you need to protect someone else.
* Improper use could result in criminal action. You could be sued or in some states fined up to $1000 or imprisoned up to 3 years.
* Pepper Spray cannot be carried on a commercial airline where it is accessible. This is a federal crime with a $25,000. fine.
* Since 9/11 there may be secured locations such as federal buildings, state buildings or any place you must pass through security where you cannot have pepper spray.
* Keep all pepper spray products out of reach of children for their protection.
